An incident of betrayal by a fraud Journey Operator in Kolkata gave birth to "wild Habitat Journeys " and we have strictly followed

our move of eliminating bad practices in this industry . As the name suggests " Wild Habitat Journeys " is one of the very few Journey Operators specialised in the Journeys which not only bring you closer to the nature but also encourage you to protect and grow the same.

Over the past few years since 2015 we have evolved as a trusted group to make our guests enjoy the wildlife in the habitats without disturbing the silence and the balance of the Nature . Our guest list includes world appraised Photographers , students , Families , Senior citizens, Doctors , IT Experts , Animal Right Activities Educaonalists & also Indian Army officers. Besides this the young school & college going youths are always our prime guests. We encourage everyone to understand the importance of our environment and it`s inhabitants by arranging the nature journeys to habitats of the wild and also take the adventure activities . We enhance the nature & wildlife awareness in School children by getting associated with the schools and performing workshops to help the school nature club activities.

You might have a camera or a binocular , it doesn`t matter really for Bird Watching. If you have none still you can feel the immense pleasure of Bird Watching. Wild Habitat Journeys takes Bird Watching a serious vocation and are in pursuit of the winged species. On bird watching trips we identify both Resident and migratory birds in the region, compile vital information about them and identify the trails.

Astro photography or Night photography is one of the very interesting activities that we encourage . We have very professional and senior mentors who are the legends in night photography. Besides doing the night photography on regular journeys we also arrange special sessions for night photography where our mentors guide the guests to click the spectacles of the sky at night.

Our Country has a gift of varied nature & wildlife destinations. Not only rich with the flora & fauna but we also have devine places with different domains ranging from snow covered mountains , barren grasslands , streams of waters flowing through the hilly terrains or even the huge sea shores. Places with different cultures and traditions and so on .. Ample Opportunities to capture number of different landscapes , sea scapes , rivers , culture etc. We at "Wild Habitat Journeys " organize Journeys and photography workshops to all these places where one can have truly get along with the nature and enjoy .Few of such wonderful places we regularly cover in our spectacular journeys consist Leh - Ladakh , North eastern states which are often called Seven sisters , The deserts of Rajasthan , Mountains of Sahyadri and the beauty of southern states covering Gods own country Kerala .
